Bears Extension Hours
Extension hours apply when your child attends hours not covered by funding. Fees include all meals during this period.
Parents cannot opt out of meals or provide packed lunches during private hours.
Hourly rates:
• 0–2 years: £8.80
• 2–3 years: £8.70
• 3+ years: £8.60
Daily Rates (Non-Funded Children)
• 0–2 years: £88.00
• 2–3 years: £87.00
• 3+ years: £86.00
Food and Package Options
Families accessing funded hours may choose either:
• Nursery meals, or
• Food from home (strict conditions apply; see our “Bringing Food from Home” policy).
Parents paying for private hours must have nursery meals included and cannot provide food from home.
Meal choices must remain consistent across all booked days.
